The demands placed on hoses are increasing, with an improved performance required under some difficult operating environments. Rapra Technology organised this one-day seminar to highlight recent developments in hose design, and to discuss new materials. Presentations by leading hose and materials manufacturers examined the various requirements for hoses for use in high performance environments. The effect of pressure, temperature, attack by aggressive chemicals, and abrasion were amongst the elements considered.
